very nice unit

The Nighthawk X6S AC4000 Tri-Band was very easy to set up and begin using. The entire family immediately noticed faster speeds and more bars of reception. The 5G1 and 5G2 are great for streaming and there is no longer a buffering problem. Yes, it is a bit pricey but well worth it with nice features and obvious improvement in our wireless usages.

Had a training room with 30 people in it all connected wirelessly. We were having problems with our current router dropping connection 2 or 3 times a day. We upgraded to the NETGEAR Nighthawk router and our connection was flawless. I liked the easy setup and how it can intelligently connect users to the 3 bands that it uses for maximum efficiency.

On Christmas Day our old router failed causing many problems for various new items. The Nighthawk X6S that I picked proved to be very easy to set up and with the ability to look at the unit from my cellphone will allow me to keep a good eye in the future. Also we have had no problems on coverage. I would have no problem suggesting the X6S to anyone.

Works so much better

This router is the best router that I have ever owned. I bought it because I have 5 kids, and they are on their devices at one time. This router can handle all the traffic in the house and then some. At any given time I could have at least 10 or more devices going, and it handles it no problem. I would definitely recommend this router to anyone.

Great coverage but one must reboot often

This would be perfect if I didn't have to reboot it twice a week or so. The coverage is far better than I expected. I still get WIFI in my barn 300' from my house where the router is located. It provides three separate networks to choose which I balance among my devices. But when devices loose WIFI connection, I have to shut it off then restart it.

our old router stopped working, and with our home based business, this was a very difficult time. After researching multiple routers we settled on the Nighthawk AC4000. It has boosted our 2nd floor receiving full wireless for the first time in years, and the speed is unbelievable! I would recommend this unit to anyone who needs speed & reliability....

Happy with my purchase

It's only been about a week, but so far I am really happy with my purchase. I was previously simply renting a wireless router provided by my internet provider, but got tired of weak signal which cause constant buffers when trying to stream tv. This router so far has performed great, with a much stronger signal and tv streaming is going much smoother.

Easy setup

This router is easy to set up. I am not sure if I am using it to it's fullest capabilities but thus far it is working as expected. This product was highly recommended and so I took a chance. It is quite pricey but I know that I can keep this router for a long time and will not need to purchase a new one for (hopefully) at least another 6 yrs or so.
