A little trouble to set up...but great

Working at speed (400MHz) promised by ISP (Suddenlink). The AC "protocol" is much better than the "n" protocol. I have since ordered the "mesh" extension as the direct AC network fails to deliver with a simple internal network card at my furthest computer...it wants to switch down to a very low speed less than 10MB.

I bought the Nighthawk to help out with my businesses internet issues and to give our customers the extra benefit of shopping with us. Our previous router was constantly failing and losing connection. Ever since we switched to NETGEAR our issues have stopped and our customers can enjoy perfect connection while shopping.

Great router, super fast, easy setup. This router greatly expanded the range and the speed of my wireless network. Getting WiFi speeds as fast as my wired gear. The IPhone app USA great feature, as well as the Alexa enabled controls. Is it a bit expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for, and this is one mean machine.

The range, signal strength, speed are all amazing but the best feature has to be the MU-MINO technology. With 4 cell phones, 3 tv's, 2 ipads, 2 gaming systems, and 3 laptops, we have yet to experience a drop in service as a result of all the devices. Most of the time, at least 4 devices are connected and working at once.

Awesone secure unit

After nighmares with a Lynksis and many issues with TP-link I decided to get this aesthetically good looking router, it performs like it looks " mean" fast and secure it runs everything in the house without any issues and the fact that I can assign what goes thru what channel is even better.... GREAT BUY, GREAT PRODUCT...

Lightening Fast - Every Nook & Cranny

We have a large house > 3500 sq ft...plus good sized backyard with a pool deck > 100ft away from the house (probably 150ft away from the router. We have no trouble accessing wifi from the furthest reaches. Netflix / xBox, 3-iPads, 4-iPhones, 3-Surface Pros, laptops, Arlo Cameras, Wemo outlets...Nest Thermostats...blazin'

Outstanding performance, simple to use

Since my entire house operates off of wireless connections and many of them I needed a router that would be able to support that. Someone can be streaming a 4k movie and playing a game online not only on my PC but my concole at the same time and I've experienced zero lag or hicups. Set up is simple. Product works great.

Works 100% better than before. We no longer lose WiFi. I work from home and I was constantly being dropped from our WiFi while on conference calls or video calls. That has stopped happening since I bought the Netgear Nighthawk AC4000. The whole family has benefited from this purchase. I am extremely happy with my purchase.
