Easy to set up out of the box. The App was easy to understand and provided complete instruction for setting up a two-unit system. So far, we have doubled our download speed with Xfinity and have had no drop off or disconnections of service. Good coverage for 3000 sq. ft. house and separate building studio apartment.

So far so good. I really like them, it is easy to add devices and I like the interface. I am not a geek and have been working around IT for quite sometime. I thought that the setup would be a little less clunky, but I got through it. I am just hoping that these last longer than the last ASUS devices which was three years.

These XT9s are very good. They were easy to set up and seamlessly replaced my previous router system in my network while improving my wired and wireless speeds. The only issue I have with ASUS is the WebGui that's offered for these XT9s. It seems like a "WebGui Lite" that's missing an awful lot of features that it should have. I watched a number of videos while researching these before purchasing and every single one of them showed more options on the WebGui while confirming that the WebGui was a more advanced way of managing the router with more options than the ASUS app. This was a BIG selling point for me with these XT9s as I was planning on just using the WebGui for management after just using the ASUS app for setting these XT9s up. But, that's just not an option when so many things have been removed from the WebGui altogether. A VERY poor decision by ASUS that should be reversed with future firmware updates ASAP. So, only 4 out of 5 stars from me ASUS.

So far, so good. Just a few weeks since setup, and it has had great range and stability. Using for whole home, with mostly Apple products (iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs, HomePods). I still have the secondary unit about 6 feet from the main router—the good news being that I haven’t located any weak or dead spots in our house (about 1850 sq/ft, two floors, plus 900 sq/ft basement). I will update my review if any issues arise.
