Great features and post purchase support!

I wad fortunate to have this model already installed in my new home. It is perfect! I love the features and the clean sleek design. After three years, I had a problem with the control panel's lighting.
My contact with the Service Dept was very positive. Their response was immediate and most helpful. Problem was solved. Overall experience was very positive. Would highly recommend the product and the after purchase support!

Love the features but install was time consuming.

Very functional, contemporary design blends well with kitchen cabinets and appliances and it vents well. Installation was very difficult. Pay very close attention to the hole size required for the plug. The plug on my unit would not fit the 1" hole called out in the install procedure.

I visited a physical store and learned the product and decided the purchase. Installation is a bit of challenging, but managed to get it in place. So far so good, it's less powerful than expected...

About Time

It was time we got a new hood and this one fitted the bill very nicely. The installer did not find any problems when installing and it seems to be much quieter than our old one.

We love the air suction, can't smell or feel cooking smoke inside the house. Love the timer feature to shut off automatic.
