Touchscreen accidently end calls when in pocket. No solution. I have no way how to use this great product... I recommend them to go back without touchscreen, Was happy with the live pro 2. Just can add battery time and better left time indicator

Really nice product with cool feature(case screen)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the product is really cool. The sound is very clear and performs very similar to other high quality JBL earbuds like the Pro2, and in some ways I felt was better, with more clarity in midrange and treble. The fast charge time is really impressive and the overall charge time between earbuds and case is great. Obviously the key feature on these is the screen on the case. This is a really interesting feature. Overall its pretty cool, but I found something I didn't love about it which was when you are on a phone call and it "wakes up" it isn't in lock but on the call control screen. Well it woke up just by me grabbing the case out of my pocket and it was sensitive enough to treat my hand as a "touch" press of the hang up button and ended my call. It is a minor software thing that could easily be fixed in an update but I suggest that it always default to lock screen on wake up to prevent inadvertent "button" push.
But the main reason I gave this a 4 is because it doesn't offer "OK Google" (Google assistant) or "Alexa" built-in. It only lets you use the native voice command on your device (which for Android users most would prefer Google Assistant). I have other similar level (premium) JBL TWS headphones that have this feature so not sure why they wouldn't include this in such an advanced device (when you consider screen on case, etc).

Awesome sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These ear buds are amazing. The smart charging box is a plus!!! Was able to see incoming “snaps” and alerts. The sound is once again amazing! These things pack a punch! There is no comparison. Logging into the app gave me more options. I just can’t get over how amazing!!! Wore them around the house and then out to the garden. I only charged upon arrival and haven’t had to charge since. Came with many size options for the ear buds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After charging up the case, I downloaded the app it provided then it indicated there was an update to the software. After I updated the software on the ear buds I went to pair the unit with my iPhone 15. It connected right up without any problems. When I starred to play some music I couldn’t believe the sound coming from them. The total sound was clear and crisp. You could hear each instrument plain and the singing was right in the middle. It is hard to believe the sound coming from a set of earbuds. There are four different size of cups provided so you can match your ear canals. I can’t say how long the batteries will last but I have been playing for 2 hrs now and they haven’t faulted or dropped out. These are the best earbuds I have tried.

True Hi-Res Audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the JBL live beam 3 headphones for about 2 weeks now. I mainly use them around the house and at work while I'm in the office and have found them to be comfortable after changing out the ear tips.
My first impression was "Wow"! Finally, hi-res audio. These headphones are great, high and lows are well balanced and has some impressive bass that doesn't over power at louder volume.

I really enjoyed listening to hi-res music on these headphones. It takes music and movies to the next level.
Another thing that I really liked, that I wasn't sure about, was the screen on the charging case. Having that came in very useful with all the different settings that allows you to change straight from the case without pulling up your phone and what's cool was that you can customize and update your lock screen wallpaper for you case and add your own unique touch.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good overall product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. They sound good and you can change the equalizer to what kind of music you’re listening to. Very easy to connect to and came charged. My only complaint is that it doesn’t show the name of the song on the screen. Other than that the headphones are great.

Technology advanced Earbuds /Case , Great sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Sound but tuned different for this particular set, so tuning in the app is highly recommend to get it’s best, being able to control all settings in the case without unlocking your phone is a plus.

Ambient sound cancelling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent ambient sound/white noice cancellation. First time I put them on I thought I had an ear problem. Felt like putting ear plugs on as it blocked out most of the external noice.
Great sound as always. Fits better than most plugs I’ve tried. I haven’t really tested battery life. I hope it lasts longer than 8 hours continuously.
