Love this sewing machine!!

I bought the Singer HD6800C to replace the starter sewing machine I had. Out of the box this machine has just worked perfectly. My older sewing machine was constantly breaking threads, having bobbin issues, but I have not had an issue at all with this machine. I've made pillows, bowl koozies, table cloths, a jelly roll rug and piecing for quilts so far and no issues what so ever. Love all the time saving features like thread cutter, tie off button, needle up/down and all the stitches. Even tried the embroidery stitches and it works as well as could be expected. For the price I think this is an excellent machine and covers everything I would need in a machine. I truly enjoy sewing projects on this sewing machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Beautiful for Quilting!

My husband bought this for me so I can use for Quilting. I have been sewing since 1976, & quilting for 6 years now. I started quilting on the Singer Patchwork, but wanted more throat space. I piece with my Juki & wanted the Heavy Duty 6800C for the power & decorative stitches for quilting. See photos. I love this! I have had no issues, I believe people just need to read the user manual & check their tension. Thanks for the great features!

Great machine. Very strong motor. Most of the machines are plastic and too flimsy. If you are going to buy a new sewing machine, definetly buy a heavy duty one

I bought this product in June, I have had nothing but problems with it. I can do a project without having to stop multiple times because it jams up. Now my reverse is not working correctly. I will never buy another one.

Purchased a week ago because of the auto knot and cut the thread, while most of the functions I’ve used so far are good,I’m having issues with the very functions that made me purchase the machine. The auto thread cutter makes a very loud sound, cuts the thread intermittently and the fabric gets hung up in the bobbin compartment, I’m really not happy with what’s happening, I’ve also had issues with the tension…WOW…I have always depended on Singer but I’m not happy😞
