powerful enough to work with canvas or interior fabric. the onl problem found so far is, as someone mentioned before, free arm is not free and requires extra attention. besides, the bobbin tension is too strong from the very beginning and need to sew with upper thread tension level 8-9. wondering if the bobbin tension will be gradually get loosen as being used? overall i love this and this has all what i need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is very smooth and I love the larger throat space. It has plenty of decorative stitches. It is easy to use. The reason for four stars not five, is that the 'free arm', is not really free. There is a bottom, that does not come off with the removable piece. It does make sewing some things like cuffs and small armholes tough.
