I really like my 6360HD. I have used it to make some clothing and alter others. It’s a very easy to use machine. If it has any flaw at all it would be that it is finicky on thread changes.

First time ever sewing today. Super easy to use. Other then threading the bobbin, that took a few tries. Absolutely in Love with my nrand new Singer 6360. Her name is Mallie 💜

Need help

I purchased this machine online and am very disappointed with the lack of instructions. This is my first Heavy Duty machine and I’m struggling to learn to operate it. My needle seems to be stuck I. The left position even though the knob shows it should be in the center. I’m looking for a detailed manual that will explain how to operate some of the features. The Singer I have been using is a very old machine that belonged to my Grandmother and only straight stitches.

I've upgraded from my Singer Start. While the machine as a whole is sturdy, the lack of design forethought is astounding. The bobbin casing design seems a step backward from the Start. I find it more fiddly and less "heavy duty." Also the presser foot holder...why can't it stay up on its own when I'm trying to push heavy fabrics under the foot. How many hands do I have?

Would not sew a single balanced stitch no matter how many times I re-threaded or adjusted tension. Made a distinct crunching/cracking sound and went out of timing and would no longer pick up bobbin thread. All of this right out of the box, brand new.

The manual available for download is awful in that every other page is another language. A real pain if you try to print it out in English.
