Sewing Made Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first Singer more than 50 years ago. Just basic. Later I got one that was basic but a few more stitches. The Brilliance 6189 is a big upgrade for me. I did print the manual to have close by as I am learning to use this computerized machine. Smooth sewing with lots of options available, even easy buttonholes and wonderful stretch stitches. No need for me to ever have another machine for this one does EVERYTHING I would ever need. Hope I can pass this on to my granddaughter one day. I learned on a Singer when I was in elementary school. I think it is important to have a sewing machine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best brand, I heard about it from someone older than me and used it , it Easy to use, plug it in, set up your thread you’re using and bam it’s ready to use. This is a great product, can’t wait to do some projects I have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This computerized sewing machine makes sewing super easy. All I have to do is pick the stitch I want guide my fabric. The sewing machine does the rest. It fits perfectly on my desk & doesn’t take up a lot of space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this SINGER - Brilliance™ 6180 Sewing Machine for my daughter who is starting to learn to Sew , She loved all the features it offers ,from the decorative or stretch stitches ,automatic needle treading which was a must , You can sew at your own speed , fast or slow , It being portable is great for her , she brings it with her to my house to visit and has it set up at my kitchen table within minutes , Not heavy at all and it came with all the accessories you need to get started

It was easy to thread the needle and I loved how you have all the choices of your stitching pattern right on the front for you. This sewing machine is very cost efficient so if you’re in the market for something to start you out on your hobby without breaking the bank, try this product because I definitely recommend it.

Great portable machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Singer portable sewing machine is great for sewing from patterns or mending. I really like the fact that it is portable as I often mend in the sunroom and when. I am making something from a pattern I like to sew in my craft room. I still own the first singer machine that was given to me as a gift from my mother when I was in my teens and taking sewing class and it still works. The singer quality is unbeatable when purchasing a machine. This machine has a wide variety of stitching, which I really like and I’ve enjoyed testing the stitches to see how they work on various articles of clothing. This machine does very well on stretchy T-shirt, type material or stretchy polyester material, which is very common in today’s clothing. The stitching that is pre-programmed works amazing on T-shirts and I have both mended some of my T-shirts and creative designs on the sleeves to enhance the plain stitching and they look amazing. The machine is really easy to set up for a beginner. It works well for somebody who also is an intermediate or advanced seamstress. I would consider my skill level, advanced, beginner, or intermediate, and I think it was a great machine to use for every day sewing. I’ve had no trouble with it so far and I’ve used it several times.

I was looking into getting one, just to have and repair anything that may be needed and this one just fell into my lap! It is so easy and so handy. It does take up a bit of room, but I am not mad about it as I knew I wanted one.
