Another fun Creator Expert set!

After visiting London a couple years ago, this set kept calling me, and I finally decided to pick it up. I'm glad I did; it's a pretty nice set. I'd definitely prefer moving away from stickers to printed specialty parts for multiple reasons - and this set is fairly heavy with the use of stickers - but they are good quality and look nice when applied properly. I just don't like that messing up a sticker can take away from the final product... Not a big deal to me stopping to take a couple extra minutes- but a potential serious issue for younger builders and even adults with even the slightest dexterity or vision issues, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A really nice classic red London double decker bus. Really enjoyable to build, with some really nice detailed features including: left umbrella, newspaper and rip on a couple of seats.
Nice option as well to turn advertising posters on the side of the Bus. The shape of the bus is really good too.

Looks great on display, my favorite of the Creator vehicle sets so far! Would recommend :-)

This is so cute! And, goes so well with the Yellow Submarine, a match made in heaven. Thanks, builders! And, appreciate was offered to VIPs before release. Have completed it already, and am soooo enjoying!
p.s., Note. . .just wish had more Architecture stuff (maybe dig up the old major ones, like Taj Mahal, or hotels)?

This is a lovely set produced by Lego. If you are a collector then this is definitely the set for you! Personally I think it stands out amongst all of the other Creator vehicles so far. Some design elements could of been refined a little but overall it was a great build. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great -- but watch out for the clear pieces!

This is a wonderful set. I just want to suggest that you pay careful attention to all of the clear pieces, which are not so easy to see. Otherwise, you will share our experience of thinking that you are 'short' a piece, looking in all of the (clear) bags -- including the empty ones, which we always save until the build is complete -- STILL not finding the missing piece, and then totally flattening each empty bag onto the table and pressing down with your palm, until you finally feel it!

Ding Ding, tickets please!

When I spotted this model I was immediately drawn to it. I looked at the photos and watched the video several times before I bit the bullet & bought it. It took 2 days to build it between jobs. I read the reviews and the majority were good and so they should. I noticed someone had difficulty removing the roof and upper deck and wondered why, it's no problem at all, just a bit fiddly putting them back on. I also noticed someone said it was the worse Lego model, it certainly isn't. I think people forget, making a model from bricks is very difficult although I admit there could be improvements made. I believe the front wheel arches could be better. All Routemasters had circular wheel arches and I think if the front pieces from the VW T1 camper were used, it would improve the appearance. My next gripe is the curved pieces behind the headlights, they should be flat, I personally wouldn't worry about the curved edge, just leave it at 90 degrees to the side. I wondered why there is a yellow band around the bus when 99% were white! My last gripe is the step just inside the rear platform, none of the RMs or RTs had these. I can see why the model is built this way as the chassis rails run the whole length to support it, making sure it's sturdy. If there was a way of making the platform all the same level it would be even more authentic but how far do you go? Overall it's a great model, I like the little touches - the drink can, newspaper, brolly and used ticket box with tickets. I really enjoyed building it and it's great value for money, well done.

I am a Technic guy, but this set gave me lost of pleasure in building it. There are some building techniques that I didn't know, and the level of detail of this iconic but is hudge.
