I had been using my daughter's vibration plate for a few days and I really liked it. So I decided to get my own. Perfect to get my body back in to shape and also help with my sciatica and back pain.

Great machine for an affordable price

My mom has a more expensive model. I had to order one within my price range. I was worried about the difference in quality. This machine has been great! I'm seeing the same benefits I got from my mom's more expensive machine.
