This plate is life changing. I'm on a journey to improve my lymph system/ health & this is just what I needed. I've been using it like 30 minutes per day & the results are incredible.

First one I received was very noisy. I contacted the company via SM. They reached out right away. Within a week I had a replacement! This one works like a charm! Also as someone who worked in manufacturing for years on concrete floors my knees were shot. They are so much better! I can get up off a chair without pain, swelling has gone down and I no longer need a compression sleeve on my knee to exercise. This just after 2-3 weeks. My only regret is I wish I bought the waver.

I haven’t used it right away due to recovery on the knees. I had used it once or twice although I have great expectations and continue using it on it is around June 2026 and that took me about four months to heal from knee

Beginner and loving it!

I have been interested in vibration plates for a while and reading all the benefits. I purchased one for my mother and my diabetic son as gifts and they both enjoy them. I just got mine and have been using it twice a day, morning and night. I dont know the benefits yet but I love using it!
