I received this as a gift. I have osteopenia and osteoporosis of the forearm and L1 and hoped this product would help build bone density. I also have Raynaud’s and hope this product will help with circulation. I read the manual and see that it is contraindicated. I have enjoyed using it but have written to my doctor for her opinion.

My detox machine/ exerciser

Beings I just got it, I haven’t gotten to use it but once. I’m going on vacation and when I get back I’m hoping it will help drain the excess fluids in my body and help me to become more stable as I’m a 71 year old woman with lots of swelling, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I also have knee pain and back pain.
