The product is made very well, and it’s quiet. Yet I haven’t used it to much. Not use to the vibration plate. Have a mini trampoline I use regularly. Plus getting back to running and will be swimming again in about a month. I feel that just getting into the habit of using it regularly will get me use to the vibration.? I’m keeping it of course, and once I use it I’m sure I will love it.

Enjoy the ease of using, great size for your feet. I am a senior and bought it to help with balance and hopefully bone density. The range of speed is great. Have soreness in my knees but this machine doesn’t bother them.

This machine has helped my feet and ankles feel so much better. No more pain. I use it 10 mins a day. Usually on about a 10-30 setting. Helps my knees as well. I use the bands periodically. Just love the results. Was hoping for some relief and got it.

We received this as a Christmas gift and just opened it today. It will power on and count down and do all the things except it won't vibrate

I love my lifepro vibration plate. I am on it morning and evening. I usually vibrate for 30 minutes while watching tv in the evening, sometimes longer. When I am sitting too long it helps get me moving. If I am stressed I get on it and it loosens me up. I have one in LA and at my home in SF. I have shared my experience with so many people and most have gone out an bought their own.
