I don't have too much input at this point, I started using it this week. I can definitely feel like I've exercised after using it. I am starting off slowly, I don't want to overdo it. I will update later after using it for a few months.

Just unboxed it as took few weeks to receive. I was going to save as Christmas gift but chose to keep myself. The mat on the plate is already bubbled up and won’t stay down. Haven’t got to use yet due to needing battery.
