Trying it for my knees

Im trying this mainly for my knees.
Hoping to get some relief.
I have been using it for about a week.
So far it does seem to be helping.
How much we will see.
Getting a few extra pounds of can't hurt either.

I just received this as a Christmas present, so still getting used to it but I think it is going to help with my back problem. I have found I am feeling much more relaxed after using it. Looking forward to seeing how I get on with using it further.
