I bought this before my torn tendon surgery so I could also help strengthen my bones. I love it. But now I’m thinking of getting a bigger more advanced one.

I like the plate. I can really tell it helps with lymphatic drainage.. I'm still working my up on other workouts. I usually sit and have my feet on it as I get motion sickness very easily. This plate is better than the last plate I purchased as far as dizziness goes.

Really enjoy using this plate as I feel i have achieved a full work out I would have like a colour wall leaflet to make it easier rather than reading and using then stopping
