Quite amazing. Did not realize that going on jogging mode gave you real a workout and that was on P2. Doing it 2 times a day for 5 minutes. Working my way up. My wife is also doing it 2 times more than I and loving it.

Needed a machine that could workout my knees, and relieve my sciatica nerve pain. Great news I found it lifepro has been a leg saver the two days of workout. I can feel it all over everyone it's great Thank you Lifepro.
