We have bought several vibration plates now, several styles.
We are so happy with the results. Less swelling in the legs, better circulation, better endurance, just to name a few.

I now have two life pro machines. One is about two or three years old and the other one is brand new. The new one has additional features and functions which I really appreciate. I love these machines.

I am a beginner with Vibration Plates and found this plate easy to use. The instructions provide all the steps required to do the proper steps. It provides multiple levels from 0 to 100, and the additional hand straps for the upper body are the perfect combo.

I’m enjoying feeling and seeing the benefits. So far, the lymphatic drainage is amazing and using it for prepping muscles before exercise is amazing too.
