Remote problem

Machine seems great and I'm looking forward to using it.
Sadly the remote won't start and stop the machine although it does alter speed and time. This makes it dangerous for me to use the machine as I have to step on and off while it's still running.

This product arrived in great condition and I removed it from the box and plugged it right in! Already it has exceeded my expectations! It is super quiet! My downstairs neighbors won’t hear a thing. I believe it will help with muscle strengthening and balance and will contribute to my many faceted treatment plan for lymphedema, osteoarthritis, general health: Water, breathing, diet, exercise and low impact vibration.

First couple days of using the Hexaplate Vibration plate has been a great experience in that it came as anticipated, heavy duty, quality made, easy to use including the user manual which is thorough.

My massage therapist let me use this machine for 10 minutes before she started my massage and after she finished my session I felt so good she recommended that I purchase one which I did
