Bought this yesterday and already enjoying the Massage factor but hoping over the next few weeks I’ll start feeling more core effects. I wasn’t sure if it would provide the intensity I was looking for and the width but both are excellent.

I’ve had my vibe plate for a few years. Been using it consistently for the last year and I can tell a real difference! It fits right into my fitness goals. My posture is better, I feel stronger, less puffiness. It’s a must do in my daily workout routine!
