Helped low back pain

I've had a nagging pain in my low back for weeks. Nothing has helped. 2 minutes on this thing and it was decreased by 90%. Only gave 4 stars because I've only had it a few days. My only complaint is that I have to bend down to get the remote closer to the unit in order for it to work.

I just received the vibration plate as a gift. After reading the instruction manual, it seems to be just what I was looking for to help with pain and fitness. Using for the first time on level one, and seems like it's already doing its job.

The machine was bought for my elderly mother. She's hoping is does her her with circulation and to help her walk with stability. She's used it twice and like it, we'll see how she does.

I’ve had a plate before, but it was too big and I’m so thrilled to have a vibration plate. That is a perfect size and it helps so much.

I've only used the hexaplate twice and so far its a great addition to my exercise. I notice slight improvement in pain reduction in my legs and lower back.
