Whistling noise

Just like many of the other reviewers, the whistling noise has been unbelievable. We woke up to think something was seriously wrong with our unit. The filter is just so flimsy , allowing air to come in through the sides making the most annoying sound. Never again!!!

Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This filter really gets the job done.. I've noticed it caught some of the small dust and it caught the dust balls that was floating in the air along with the pet air. I'll surely recommend this filter to anyone!

I assumed this filter in the midst of Air Conditioning Filters with the size of my a/c filter would fit as other a/c filters sized 20x20x1-inch fit. WRONG! Now I am wondering if this "air filter" is also an a/c filter at all. I will stick to the cheaper, yet correctly sized a/c filters from now on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These filters are intended to fit most heating & cooling systems with an opening size of 20x20x1 with filter measuring actual size of 19 3/4x19 3/4x7/8. We are unsure why this filter did not fit in your system. We would like to opportunity to assist our customer when issues arise and would ask that call us at 800-494-3552. Without having the product in hand it is hard to determine the why this happened, but it is not the expected performance of our product. Please know we emailed you directly.

Bought this filter so I wouldn't have to worry about a monthly change. Noticed a difference first time my heater fired up. My place smells better and I'm confident that fewer microbes are making their way into my home.

I have tried cheaper filters and keep coming back to this one. In Florida, we aircondition year round and it is vital to me to have the cleanest possible air in my home. The difference in what is captured by Filtrete is amazing. Will stick with this product

Great Product and Buy

I purchased this item approximately 2 months ago. I have noticed the reduction of dusting I have to do in the past. Going from 2 twice a week to one has made a great difference. I have always been quite pleased with the Filtrete company and all of its products under the umbrella.
