Jourdan was great. He answered all my questions & helped me with my current difficulties. I was not liking my new hearing aids but Jourdan helped me to understand them better & explained my problems. I had my list & he went over everything with me. So we’ll see how I do & I’m to let him know.

Agent took care of my problem but only after numerous calls and an email without a return call. Meanwhile my wife hasn't had but one day of use of her hearing aids.

Second pair, same problem

Marwan was very helpful on the call.
It was good to hear that others were having the same issue of losing connection to the case. Just hate that I was having the same problem with my second pair that was sent as a replacement.
