I spoke with Catherine . She took care of every aspect of replacement of my hearing aids. She was not just helpful but caring also. That makes lot of difference when talking to agents. No Luck

I purchased my Audien Atom One hearing aids several weeks ago, but unfortunately, they did not work for me. I consulted with your audiologist to try to get them better "dialed in" but still didn't help. Everyone from the beginning to the return of my purchase was first class & extremely helpful.
