Great job Jourdan!

Well unfortunately my hearing aids have a technical issue and have to be replaced. I thought this was going to be a long hard process to get done but Jourdan listened to me and quickly agreed there is a problem. He immediately started working on a return for my hearing aids. In just a few minutes he had everything he needed and now I have a new pair which he said will be personally checked by someone there before they are shipped out, which is great so that way, I will know when they get here I should be set and ready to go to finish the onboarding process to make sure I have them set up the best way possible for me. Thank you.

Very small so they hide in your ear and no battery

I bought this almost a year ago. I had an issue with one of them and it was resolved by replacing it. Soo glad I purchased these!!

Atom pro 2 definite improvement

I upgraded from the Atom 2 to the Atom Pro 2. The Atom 2 Pro added some very nice features.
