This is my first hearing aid. When it whistled at me, I knew it was going to work. Sure enough, a lovely young woman nursed me through the process. Her help and the help of a friend who had a hearing aid through the VA gave me courage.

We bought the Atom X the same day it became available with prompt delivery, easily understood instructions, a charger, and a one month supply of maintenance supplies. My father and I are incredibly happy with this product and our hearing specialist AL was really great in going into product detail, maintenance, and all the different settings available. Thanks AL! 🙂

I've had these aids now for a few weeks. I'm still getting used to wearing them however, I'm enjoying being able to hear conversations where before I'd had to ask people to repeat questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
