Good ways to deal with elderly customers

We bought an Audien hearing aid and needed to return it. Mohammad listened and figured out exactly what the problem was, and he suggested a different aid that would be more suitable.
The exchange went smoothly. He was polite, and good listener, and even showed a good sense of humor! He also understood issues that elderly customers face.

I tried it and the feedback drove me nuts. My husband could hear it even when I took them out

Alan suggested for me to try an upgraded device even though I had reservations I agreed to. Not being charged for the upgrade and being insured that it can be returned helped me make the decision
