Thorough Assistance!

Vena was extremely helpful in assisting me with issues I was having. She taught me fitting techniques that I had no idea would work in putting the aids in my ears. Reset questions were answered and had me try resetting my aids while online. She also told me about wax guards and protection agreements that are available.

I gambled and won!

I have had my Audien Atom 2 for about 3 weeks. Previously had a Miracle Ear insert ear piece for 6 years and then Resound outside the ear for 5 years. Decided to try Audien due to price not expecting much but the reviews were excellent. I am very pleased. It is easier to operate than either of the other two and seems to work even better! The telephone training by Drey was very helpful answering questions I didn't even have! For the price, give it a try. I did and am glad I did!

I just got the Atom X And I’m happy that I made an appointment with Vena, the audiologist. She answered all my questions and more. Very helpful! She uses hearing aids herself, so she has experience as well! I feel confident in moving forward using and taking care of these hearing aids!

I recently bought the Atom 2 Pro. Drey & I met today on a video call. I had issues with it, because my ear canal is narrow. Drey suggested that I get an Ion BTE. I will see how that works. Drey is terrific - kind, courteous & has a pleasant disposition (a very nice person). If you need somebody to assist with your hearing aids, get in touch with Drey.
