One aid was charged the other appears not to have been Jourdan did a good job explaining the way to check it and charge it as well as how they function

Loving the Atom X

I'd give Drey 10 stars if I could! First, getting used to the Atom X has been easier than we thought, however, my husband was still having issues with fit in feedback. Drey walked us through everything very carefully and really put us at ease. And told us a few things that we didn't really know or things that we needed some confirmation on. It was incredibly helpful to have this additional meeting because I'm now convinced more than ever that we got the right hearing aid for my husband. It's so much easier to have the separate carrying/charging/adjustment case rather than adjusting the volume and modes on the hearing aid itself. One possible improvement for future models: can you please put a GPS tracker on the case? My husband is a bit absent-minded and we spent 2 hours looking high and low for it.
