Had our first meeting with Jourdan and he explained everything in detail. He showed us how to put them in, how to work the features, and how to clean. Jourdan was very patient and made it easy!

Got my Atom x and was able to set it up myself? I’m an 86 year old who has very early Cognative decline. I enjoyed my video today to clarify some question. I no longer have TV at volume 94🤗so TV comfortable at 20 volume 🫶🏼😊
My old hearing aids used to hear the fridge running and the Air and heat but not now. They felt very bulky at first but each day is feeling ok to be there.

Person was very helpful assisting with the return of hearing aids my 95 year old mother purchased. Her hearing is bad enough that hearing aids wouldn’t help.

Rowell was very helpful and understanding. The process to get troubleshooting help and returns is NOT customer friendly. There should be return instructions included with the item.
