I’ve been trying Ion hearing aids for a couple weeks. I was having some difficulty getting the adjustments right, but my video conference today helped a lot. I gave four stars because I still need to test the volume and different modes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very many features for the price!

I was very impressed with Al, he took the time to first ask if these were my first hearing aids (they are), and walked me though how many hours I needed to use them daily for the first few weeks, that important was clarity as I changed settings not volumn. He also explained how to chose the Hearing Profiles and how the Bluetooth function can run down the batteries until turned off as needed. Also how the equipment is to be maintained and cleaned. It was a lot of information and I took notes. It is also great that Al is available for me via phone if I have any other questions or problems. I looked at a number of products on- line before buying the ion pro, I wanted one that had the extra bluetooth features and controlled by my cellphone for a reasonable price. I am excited to see how this turns out!

Excellent starter unit great for some people

I am a first time hearing aid user. I wanted to start small (cheap) and learn what hearing aids are all about. I didn't expect much from the one I bought and even though it does improve my hearing I think I might need a better one. My online consultation was helpful and I did learn some things and the rep is sending me smaller ear buds no charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!
