I thought he was a little short with me, I know it was hard to understand my problem so I can’t exactly blame him totally. After he had me turn on and
Off, he asked me to place then back in my ears which I asked him to hold on and he hung up. I waited 10 minutes but he never called back.

btw, I think your aids are terrific. Actually I would never believe it if I hadn’t had them in for awhile.

Great Instruction, Defective Hearing Aids

Will worked with me to help get rid of the squealing my hearing aids were making and I thought they were fixed. However, soon after we hung up they began again despite the improvements Will coached me on. I even had my wife insert them in correct way but they still squeal. I then remembered that these were refurbished hearing aids (sticker taped to them) and I now think they are just defective.

I received the Atom X sept 27 and the right aid is not showing in the cas and the left is not working hope to have a fast return but they were good for same days
