I ordered the Atom X last week and received them yesterday. I put them in immediately and they are quite comfortable.

I find it rather odd that you have people with accents calling the hearing impaired. I and others my age group with similar hearing problems have extreme difficulty understanding people with accents and those who talk too fast. I realize this is common in this day and age but I thought you should know how frustrating it is for us. I can hear quite well with the aids if I can get them to stay in my ears. Your lady told me to use the smallest ear domes with a single hole. I cannot even get them on the aid. The others were quite easy.

Good hearing quality

This is the third set of Audien heating aids that I have purchased. Had some questions about the Atom 10 and Jourdan explained a lot about them which was extremely helpful.
