Ty provided useful information that I will use going forward. Although I have been using the Atom Pro 2 aids for about a week, I am pleased with their performance.

We purchased the ions and it didn't fit my wifes ears, they come with 3 different sizes of cushions , but they didn't stay put. They were very good at assisting us with the return
Hopefully we can find a pair that will stay in her ear.

Jourdan was very helpful to me with the Atom X aid as I have not had this type of aid before.
Plus Jourdan is sending me smaller domes for the aids, therefore the aid should go deeper
into my ears. Time will tell ! Thank You Jourdan !

This was my first day wearing hearing aids. I was really surprised at how loud the outdoor sounds are. Need to get use to something in my ears. Dray was quite helpful.
