Jourdan worked with me until we finally got one ear fitted properly. He showed me several ways to assist in getting the right fit without the feedback. He also showed me alternatives in case we could not get the "in ear" working. I am trying another week to see if it all comes together.

The product was most likely good but after speaking with my hearing specialist we determined it wasn’t the one I needed.
I am returning at this time but will most likely order again in the future
