Al,the hearing specialist that I dealt with was unbelievably helpful! He took the time to explain in detail everything what I should expect to take place with my new hearing aids. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his assistance. Very professional and spoke with great clarity. I appreciate that!

Al was wonderful and very helpful. He was professional yet kind and patient. He provided excellent instruction that makes my hearing aids so much better! I'm very grateful! He knows hearing aids very well and has clearly acquired a great deal of information that was very helpful.
