Al was so friendly and helpful. He is very patient, explains things in a way that ie easy to understand and very supportive.
I probably would have given up in the hearing aids if it wasnt for his support.

Despite video failure on my end, Al managed to patch the system so that I learned a lot about my hearing aids. He's is very competent and pleasant to work with very helpful session
