I needed help with how to set the buttons for telephone usage. Also, an easier way for me to always locate the buttons. He was extremely helpful.

From skeptical to a surprised believer.

Vena was wonderful. She was so patient with me as we went thru all the possible things to improve the sound in one of the hearing aids (the other one was working perfectly). When we couldn’t resolve the issue she offered other options. We discussed those with no pressure and decided on another option which is on its way. Telling all my friends how wonderful this company was to work with and highly recommending them to anyone who needs help with there hearing. I couldn’t be happier.

Katherine was amazing 👏 She was very patient & understanding while walking me through how to replace the little white piece in the aid that was keeping the aid from working.

I JUST PURCHASED THESE AND THEY WORK WONDERFULLY BUT MY LEFT EAR NEEDS A SMALLER BUD / I GET THE BUD IN BUT IT HURTS TOO TOO MUCH!!!!!!! i
