I purchased the Atom Pro 2. It was a great purchase in particular with the assistance provided on how to wear and operate them.

Ion Pro improves my quality of life!

I received these Audien Ion Pro hearing aids about three weeks ago. I have severe hearing loss, particularly in high ranges. The Ion Pro is easy to use and is really helpful for me to hear others, especially in group settings. They’ve improved my quality of life. The only drawback is that when trying to use Bluetooth and streaming, the battery life is rapidly depleted.
My coaching session with Drey was excellent and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend Audien and its Ion Pro product.

The inservice was very valuable

The directions that came with the Audien Atom Pro 2 were clear and it was just getting used to things since this was my first. I signed up for the inservice just because. After Al went over everything I WAY better understood how to use them in different situaltions and it was REALLY helpful when he better discussed the four modes. Had I not taken advantage of this service I would not have used them correctly and just developed bad habits. And Al was very kind and good at his presentation.

The hearing aid is good for what I need, better sound volume. I don’t like that I have to purchase the whole maintenance kit when I only need the wax guards. I am going to have way too many ear tips. That is an extra cost per month and I will have too many ear tips.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just bought the Atom One, and I had a setup appointment with hearing specialist Rokka. I'm not sure if this model will work. Rokka did a great job helping me set up & answering all my questions & telling me about my options. I may want to switch to the ION Model. The 5 stars are for Rokka, since I'm not sure the Atom One is the right product for me. The quality does seem to be excellent, and I do think there is improvement in my hearing. But one of them has fallen out twice. So I may need the over ear style.
