Getting a snug fit

i have had my Audien Pro 2 aids for a number of months and have loved them. Only problem I have experienced was with jaw movements (eating or talking) that they had a tendency to slide out and I would get loud squealing and feedback. AJ today informed me today of something I was not aware. I get the monthly accessory package with various size domes. what I did not realize was that there were 2 styles (single hole/multipe hole). She had me try the small size with single hole domes and so far they seem to be staying in much better. I will get back to AJ if my problem persists. Overall I love my hearing aids - have made a big difference in my life.

I bought the Atom Pro 2 for my mom and it wasn't a good fit for her situation. Was able returned them with full credit and up graded to behind the ear type. I'm sure she will be a lot happier.

New way of life with hearing.

I have had the hearing aids for two weeks and am finally trying to commit myself to wearing them. Speaking with Jourdan helped me answer so many questions regarding what I was doing right and what I should be doing. He was extremely helpful and informative as well as very kind.
