Very informative video appt for orientation of the ATOM Pro 2 hearing aid features. Answered my questions and was very helpful with demonstrations.

ATOM 2

Al was extremely good at explaining the value and virtues of the ATOM 2 hearing aids. We tried several sizes of domes for my use, but none worked for me. As it turns out, my ear canal is not compatible with your product. I did look into your ION aids but have decided to stick with my Resound aides Al went beyond the allotted time to assist me with trying to resolve the issue. He is an experienced and dedicated professional salesman and I wish him- and your company well! Respectfully, I request authorization to return the ATOM 2 aides for a full refund! Thank you and Al for your efforts. Tom Wilson

I’ve just gotten my aids and been wearing them less than a week, but I am very pleased with the way they fit, the way I can hear, and the ease with which I’ve become accustomed to them

Getting used to the devices. I like that they are either ear and how they are self cleaning except for the wax guard. Drey was very kind and helpful.
