I’m still adjusting to my new hearing aids, so far so good! And Ty did a great job explaining the features and techniques for having the best experience!

I bought this not too long ago and did the one-to-one video instruction on how to this unit. The instructor explained everything clearly and answered my questions. I have used this as much as I was able to since then and haven't too many issues other than the feedback and getting used to wearing them. So far, I am satisfied with this product and plan to continue using it.
