Replacement of defective hearing aid

I spoke to a tech named, Roman. He was caring and understanding of our situation when one of the hearing aids stopped working! My husband has become so dependent on the improvement in his hearing, that the loss of use has become very difficult!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been using my Audien ION Pro hearing aids for a short time and are very happy with them.. My onboarding with Trey was excellent. Highly recommend these hearing aids.

Helpful hearing. Had few problems with noise, however AJ was able to point out the problem and suggested changing the silicons. Working better now.
