I have the atom pro 2 I've tried using them and I can't hear so I'm wanting to return them

Drey was so pleasant and helpful I felt like it was very important to her that I felt comfortable with my new hearing aids and knew how to use them the best way possible. I believe that using the hearing aids going forward will be a much better experience due to her help and expertise and patience. I felt like she was sitting right here with me when we had our consultation. Met all of my questions, needs, and concerns. Could not have had a better experience. Looking forward to continue to use the new hearing aids now that she had explained all these extra helpful tips. I do believe I will enjoy the improved hearing experience.

I tried them for a month and made no progress. I guess they work for many but not for me.
Return process was awful, had to eventually get to a real person, Nicoli. He was helpful and got the return started. As for the robo process, please work on that.
