Small but mighty.

Just bought the smaller model two weeks ago and after reading the manual I had several questions which Catherine was able to clarify and give me the answers to my questions.

No phone

Atom One would be ok if you don't want to use a phone while using it. Talking to a real person is very difficult with this company. Return requires talking to a bot and scheduling a video call. Sorry but I don't do video.

The product is good but I am exchanging the Pro 2 in the ear for the ION behind the ear. These are too large for my ear canal. I look forward to getting the ION. My hearing specialist, Vicente was very helpful. He made the exchange easy.

I switched from the Atom 2 hearing aid to the Ion model which is much, much better. I no longer have a problem with feedback and whistling noises and the domes fit more comfortably in my ear canal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Atom Pro 2 user information

I have had the Atom Pro 2 hearing aids for a month now. Vincente covered necessary items for changing ear pieces and cleaning earbuds. How to appropriately remove and replace the ear domes and adjust volume and listening modes. He also went through cleaning the device replacing wax guards and using the replacement tool. Very valuable information and personalized.
