I was having a problem with one of my ATOM Pro 2 hearing aids as it would not charge. I also lost the other unit on a recent plane flight. I have the Service Plan and he arranged to replace both aids with new ones plus all the support parts. Didn't have to return the nonworking equipment. Replacement cost was very minimal! He was so kind & understanding. I have dealt with Audien for 4 years and they have a fantastic service group!

Too early in possession for a five. Right now having problems and only have word 2 weeks. Problem is that the left one doesn't hold a charge.
