I bought this Ion hearing device a couple weeks ago. I can hear sounds I have not heard in a while. Ty was very helpful with the assistance I needed in my appointment. I really appreciated her help. Thanks

I am amazed at how much better I can hear now. Support is excellent, Vena Francisco was great at explaining how the Audien Pro 2 works and the maintenance. Truly worth the value!

GREAT START! DAY ONE!

Just got the Ion Pro. I am already hearing better. I like being able to adjust the settings to my specific needs. Al was great!! I wish as a first-time user to have had a few more minutes for Al to get me oriented to all of the features. Thanks Audien, and Al.

I purchased the Audien hearing aids for my mother. The ends are too large for her ears, so she is unable to use them. I tried them myself, even though I don't need them. The sound was good, but as I said, I don't need them.

I already have the Atom Pro but wanted a few of the new features in the Pro 2. I am satisfied with the product so far and like being able to adjust while in the ear.

My First Hearing Aid Experience.

Yes, I decided to try a hearing aid do to a lack of communication in some personal settings! I investigated various brands of hearing aids on line and decided to order the Audien Pro 2, in which I just received in the mail late Thursday.. Friday morning I read the material and switched ear cups until the aids were comfortable; so far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the cheapest hearing aids you had and they work amazing. I accidentally dropped one in water and the young lady that helped me was fabulous. She knew just what to do and a replacement is on the way. I do a similar job, she was pleasant and fast.
