I received the product a few weeks ago and have become accustomed to them through short sessions of wearing them and trying the different modes. So far they are performing just as I had hoped. The help I received from Rokka was quite beneficial. All my questions were answered in a patient and reassuring manner.

Was able to use the day I received it, plugged it in fora few hours while I read material.Then attempted to use. Not delighted with the buzz when not in correctly but move it a bit for a better fit and buzz stops and you can hear better. Each day seems to take less time to get it right. So far happy with results. Now if the eyesight would improve it might cleaning it easier.

Drey explained the workings of the hearing aids very well. He showed me how to use them so that I won't have a problem with whistling. He also told me that extra small caps are available since I have a small hearing canal opening. He was pleasant and very informative!
