I bought the Atom 2 received and after using for a few hours one aide would only do static, called the help line and a nice man helped us through process to see if we had done all the necessary things and decided needed to be replaced. Very helpful with all the necessary steps to return and replace. For the time they were worn was impressed decided to try Atom 2 Pro
I would recommend this to a friend!
